A standard 5-page website typically takes 2–3 weeks from when we receive all your content and approved designs. eCommerce sites take 4–6 weeks. Custom web applications are scoped individually. We agree on a deadline upfront and we meet it.
Yes — we work with clients from Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, and every city in between. Everything is done remotely via phone, WhatsApp, and email. No in-person meetings required.
Absolutely. If your existing website needs a redesign, refresh, or upgrade, we can take over. We'll audit your current site and recommend the most cost-effective approach — whether that's a partial update or a complete rebuild.
Yes. We offer flexible payment terms — typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules are available. Contact us to discuss what works for your budget.
Typically: your logo (or we can design one), brand colours, any existing content/text, and photos (we can source stock images or advise on photography). We'll send a full content checklist after your quote is confirmed — it's simpler than most clients expect.
Yes — 100%. You own the domain, the hosting account, the website files, and all the code. On logos and branding, full copyright transfers to you on completion with a written document. We make no ongoing claims to anything we build for you.

Web Design Questions
Everything about our web design service.
Our web design packages start from R7,499 for a professionally designed, fully responsive 5-page website — including design, development, and first-year hosting. Professional packages start from R11,499 and eCommerce websites from R14,499. All prices exclude VAT.
We build all websites on WordPress — the world's most popular CMS, powering over 40% of all websites globally. It's flexible, easy to update yourself, and has a massive ecosystem of plugins. You'll be able to update text, images, and blog posts without any coding knowledge.
Yes — every website we build is mobile-first. Over 65% of South African web traffic comes from mobile devices. We design and test on real phones and tablets before launch, not just responsive breakpoints in a browser.
SEO is built into every website we design — correct heading structures, optimised metadata, schema markup, image alt text, and fast loading speeds. For ongoing ranking growth, we offer monthly SEO packages starting from R7,499/month.
Yes. We offer professional copywriting as an add-on — South African writers with experience across industries. We can also use your existing content and enhance it, or source stock images where needed.
Yes. WordPress makes updating text, images, blog posts, and pages straightforward without any coding. We include a 30-minute training walkthrough after delivery so you can manage your own content confidently.
No problem. We offer professional logo design and full brand identity packages. Our Logo Only package starts from R2,500 — 100% original design with full copyright transfer. We can bundle this with your website package.
eCommerce Questions
Everything about our online store service.
We build all eCommerce stores on WooCommerce — the world's most popular eCommerce platform, powering 28% of all online stores globally. It's built on WordPress, so you get full flexibility, a massive plugin ecosystem, and complete ownership of your store.
PayFast is standard on all eCommerce packages — the most widely used SA payment gateway, supporting cards, EFT, Ozow, SnapScan, and Masterpass. We also integrate Ozow, Peach Payments, and manual EFT on request.
Yes — adding, editing, and removing products in WooCommerce is straightforward. We include a full training walkthrough and a step-by-step video guide after delivery. Most clients manage their own inventory without any assistance.
No. WooCommerce has no hard product limit. The numbers on our packages (100, 250, 500 products) reflect the initial developer setup included. You can upload as many products as you like — storage is the only practical limit.
Yes. We can migrate products, customer data, and order history from Shopify, another WooCommerce installation, or most other platforms. Contact us with details about your current setup for a migration quote.
We provide professional product photography guidelines and can source high-quality stock imagery. For physical product photography, we partner with trusted SA photographers and can coordinate this as part of your project.
SEO Questions
Everything about our search engine optimisation service.
Most clients see noticeable improvement in 2–3 months, with significant results by month 4–6. We've held #1 Google positions for South African clients for 48+ consecutive months. SEO compounds over time — results build on themselves every month.
No legitimate SEO company can guarantee specific rankings — Google controls its own algorithm. We guarantee proven white-hat strategies, measurable month-on-month improvement, and complete transparency. We show you exactly what we do and what it achieves.
Yes. We start every SEO engagement with a full technical audit regardless of who built the site. We fix what needs fixing, then start the ongoing optimisation. Platform doesn't matter — WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom-built.
Keyword research and targeting, on-page optimisation (meta tags, headings, internal links, schema), off-page optimisation (backlink building), Google Business Profile management, monthly blog content, and a detailed monthly performance report.
Always. We use only Google-approved techniques — quality content, proper technical optimisation, and genuine link building. We never use link farms, keyword stuffing, or any tactic that could result in a Google penalty. Your rankings are built to last.
We require a 3-month minimum commitment. SEO is a long-term strategy — stopping after 1–2 months is like cancelling a gym membership the week before results appear. Most clients stay for 12+ months because the results compound every month.
Hosting Questions
Everything about our web hosting service.
Johannesburg, South Africa. Local servers deliver sub-2-second page load times for South African visitors, are POPIA compliant without any extra configuration, and keep your data within South African jurisdiction.
Yes. All web design and eCommerce packages include the first year of hosting at no extra cost. After year one, hosting renews at the standard annual rate. You'll receive a renewal invoice 30 days before the anniversary.
Yes. We host WordPress and PHP sites built by any developer. We handle the full migration from your current host — file transfer, database, and DNS changes — usually with zero downtime. Contact us for a hosting-only quote.
Yes. All hosting plans include professional business email at your own domain (yourname@yourcompany.co.za). We configure it for Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and mobile apps. Basic plans include 5 accounts; Business plans include 20.
We monitor uptime 24/7 with automated alerts. Our target is under 2 hours for critical issue resolution. You can reach us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email — not a helpdesk ticket system. Daily backups mean we can restore quickly if anything goes wrong.
Process Questions
How we work from first contact to launch and beyond.
1. Free consultation (phone/WhatsApp). 2. Written proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed price within 24 hours. 3. 50% deposit to start. 4. Design mockup for your approval. 5. Development and content loading. 6. Review, revisions, and approval. 7. Launch. 8. Training and handover.
Unlimited design revisions are included during the design phase. We refine until you're completely satisfied before moving to development. Changes after development is complete are subject to a change request process, but we're reasonable about minor adjustments.
Yes. We sign NDAs before discussing confidential project details — particularly relevant for custom web development projects involving proprietary business logic. Contact us for our standard NDA template or send yours for review.
Minor changes post-launch are usually handled as part of your hosting package. Larger changes — new pages, new features, redesign of sections — are quoted separately at a fair hourly or project rate. We're always transparent before starting any paid work.
You get a 30-minute training walkthrough on how to manage your website. We remain available for questions for 30 days post-launch at no charge. After that, our WordPress maintenance plans from R3,499/month keep everything updated, secure, and performing.
Pricing Questions
Everything about costs, payments, and what's included.
No. Our pricing is fixed and all-inclusive — what we quote is what you pay. The only additions are VAT (where applicable) and optional add-ons you choose to include. We provide a written scope before starting and we never charge for anything not in the agreed scope.
Prices listed on our website and in proposals exclude VAT. VAT at the standard South African rate (15%) is added to invoices where applicable. All final invoices clearly separate the ex-VAT amount and VAT component.
EFT (bank transfer) is our primary payment method — details provided on every invoice. We also accept credit and debit cards via PayFast for once-off payments. Monthly retainers (SEO, social media, maintenance) are invoiced by debit order or monthly EFT.
Yes. Clients who bundle two or more services (e.g. web design + SEO, or web design + social media management) typically receive preferential pricing. Contact us with your requirements and we'll put together a combined package.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers our time for planning, design research, and initial work. If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment for completed work is due. We've never had a client cancel — but we believe in being transparent about terms upfront.
